Support groups

As a dynamic and up-to-date portal, The European Gateway should base its development on the contribution of support groups.

Support groups comprise information and documentation specialists operating at three levels:

  1. Content production – contributing to the permanent up-dating of information resources, preparing new content, and assuring the quality and accuracy of the content published;
  2. The European Database – developing uniform policies for treating information, overseeing the quality of the treatment, and analysing the possibility of implementing new tools;
  3. Technical development of The European Gateway and The European Database – with an eye on future developments, improving the platforms on which both are based.
